Namwest, LLC Managing Board:

Ezri Namvar – Chairman
Namvar brings to the company 25 years of business investment experience. His Los Angeles company Namco Capital Group, Inc., encompasses a conglomerate of over 15 companies primarily focused in the areas of real estate, finance, insurance, and textiles. The group of companies, through direct ownership and joint ventures, controls over $1 billion of assets.

Michael  McBride – Principal
McBride’s successful 20-year history as a developer, owner, and general contractor in the Phoenix area includes the renovation of four major resorts totaling over 1,700 rooms, several office developments, multi-family apartments, hundreds of high-end custom homes, and major retail projects.

James Henrie – Principal
Henrie has been developing land in the Arizona marketplace for more than 13 years with projects including multi-family apartments, single family housing, residential condominium, retail and commercial centers, office condominiums, manufactured housing entitlement, zoning, master planning, construction, sales and marketing, lending relationships, and negotiations.

Paul Schrage – Principal
Schrage retired in 1997 from his post as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the McDonald's Corporation Board of Directors. He spent his 30 year career leading the marketing efforts for one of the world’s most widely known brands. In 1967, he joined the quick service restaurant giant as its first national marketing director and formed the corporation’s marketing department.

Schrage led several major initiatives for McDonald’s, including the national introduction of Ronald McDonald and developing many highly acclaimed advertising campaigns. Eventually this culminated in McDonald’s being named (1996) the number one brand in the world. Responsibilities in addition to marketing included, Public Relations, Product Development, Consumer and Real Estate Research.
