Company History

Namwest, LLC, is a company made up of a team of individuals with years of experience and success. Officially launched as Namwest, LLC, in early 2004, as a result of a joint venture between a 15-year old Phoenix-area construction and development company and Namco Capital Group, Inc., a major 25-year old real estate equity and debt financial service company, located in Los Angeles, California.

The union brought together over 40 years of combined experience from the three principals: Ezri Namvar, Chairman; Michael McBride, Chief Executive Officer; and James Henrie, Chief Acquisitions Officer.

The name Namwest comes from combining “Nam” from Chairman Namvar’s company, Namco Capital Group, Inc. with the geographical location of the company headquarters in the western U.S.
